The Sims Original Video Game Soundtrack is the official soundtrack to EA's 2000 strategic life-simulation game The Sims.
The songs were composed by Jerry Martin, Marc Russo, Kirk R. Casey, and Dix Bruce. The game disc contains 37 tracks, of which 13 are background songs (for the Neighborhood, Build and Buy modes) and 24 are radio songs (covering the genres Classical, Latin, Rock and Country). A selection of 15 of the tracks (from both the background and radio sets) were published in 2007 as an official digital soundtrack album on iTunes and Amazon MP3. Most of the tracks contain no vocals, but some of them feature Simlish lyrics.
