Veerey Ki Wedding is an Indian Romantic Comedy Movie, directed by Ashu Trikha, starring Pulkit Samrat, Kriti Kharbanda and Jimmy Sheirgill. It was released on March 2nd, 2018.

Plot
The film is based on Veer Arora's wedding adventure (played by Pulkit Samrat). Veer Arora is 'dilli ka launda' who falls in love with 'dilli ki kudi' Geet and wants to marry her. Things went awry when during the parent-meets session, Veer locked horns with some bastards who were acting strangely with a girl in a hotel. Geet's father is a man who loves peace and refuses to give permission to his daughter to marry a boy who indulges in 'maar-dhaad' even though he has a golden heart.

Soundtrack
The music of the film is composed by Meet Bros, Farzan Faaiz, Jaidev Kumar and Ashok Punjabi while the lyrics are written by Kumaar, Faaiz Anwar, Chandan Bakshi, Deepak Noor, Devendra Kafir, Ramkesh Jiwanpurwala and Ashok Punjabi. The background music of this movie is composed by Sanjoy Chowdhury. The songs featured in the film are sung by Mika Singh, Sunidhi Chauhan, Navraj Hans, Saloni Thakkar, Meet Brooch, Neha Kakkar, Money In, Javed Ali and Akanksha Bhandari. The first song from Mind Blowing movie sung by Mika Singh was released on February 9, 2018. The second track of the movie to be released is Hatt Ja Tau sung by Sunidhi Chauhan released on 15 February 2018. The third song of the movie, Veerey Ki Wedding (Track Title) sung by Navraj Hans and Saloni Thakkar was released on February 21, 2018. The four songs, Talli Tonight are sung by Meet Bros, Neha Kakkar and Deep Money was released on February 27, 2018. The soundtrack was released on February 27, 2018 by T-Series.
Controversy
On February 19, 2018, vocalist Haryanvi Vikas Kumar sent a legal notice to the creator about the copyright issue for the song "Hatt Ja Tau". Vikas claims that he originally sung the number and the author did not seek permission before using it in the movie. Kumar's lawyer has stated that the maker can not use the song without his permission and must pay him Rs 7 crore.
'Veerey Ki Wedding' is also in the news for a clash with Sonam Kapoor-Kareena Kapoor Khan starring in the title Veere Di Wedding. The Mumbai High Court ruled in favor of the makers of 'Veerey Ki Wedding'.
