commonground is a global social network for environmental and property due diligence professionals, including lenders, lawyers, health and safety, insurance providers, appraisers, state and local governments, industry leaders and market experts. Content includes discussion forums, blogs, resource libraries, calendars, job boards, directory service providers and Due Diligence University.
In October 2009, the commonground won the Groundswell Award from Forrester Research for the best B2B Supporting Community. The Groundswell Awards recognize excellence in achieving business and organizational goals with social technology applications. The awards program was developed to support and recognize the principles outlined in Forrester Research Groundswell: Win in a World Converted by Social Technology (Groundswell (Book), Harvard Business Press, 2008).
In February 2009, the commonground was recognized by the Environmental Business Journal (EBJ) for the 2008 EBJ Business Award for its innovation, contribution, and value for all environmental professionals.
