Fortress Firelands is a 19th century frontier recreational fortress located in Lakeside-Marblehead, Ohio, United States. It was built in 1968 with original construction including wall fence, corner corner house with harbor rifle, and barracks. The pioneer village and early western-style museum are some of the original attractions.
Today, what's left of the original structure is being repaired and rehabilitated. An RV resort is located behind the castle complex.
Renewed new interest in a unique neo-historical structure is being displayed and events are held again in the fortress complex. Several postcards were issued that described the initial construction.
