Mr and Mrs. Gao announced that they would be visiting from Taiwan, bringing gifts and US $ 30,000 to hold a luxury wedding for their son. Wai-Tung does not dare tell his parents the truth, because his father, a retired officer of the Chinese Nationalist Army, has just recovered from a stroke. On the way to the promise of an abortion, Wei-Wei decides to take care of her baby, and asks Simon to stay with Wai-Tung and father the two babies. In the final farewell scene, as Wai-Tung's parents prepare to fly home, Mrs Gao has formed an emotional bond with Wei-Wei's daughter-in-law. Mr. Gao accepted Simon and warmly shook his hand.
